Terms of Service

By accessing or using Rankall.io ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Rankall.io is operated by Rankall Inc. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean Rankall Inc.

Rankall.io offers the following subscription plans:

• Personal Brand: $39/month
• Local Business Pro: $119/month or $990/year
• Product Pro: $129/month or $1,074/year
• Agency: $599/month
• Enterprise: Custom pricing
• Government: Custom pricing

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice to your registered email address.

All payments are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for partial months, unused features, or unused time remaining on a cancelled subscription.

If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. No partial-month credits are issued.

In the case of billing errors or duplicate charges, contact us at rankallstartup@gmail.com within 7 days and we will review on a case-by-case basis.

When you use Rankall.io, we collect and store your search queries, AI platform responses, scan history, and improvement scores. This data is used to provide your reports, power the Rankall Intelligence Graph (anonymised industry benchmarks), and improve our recommendations.

You retain ownership of your individual business data. By using the Service, you grant Rankall Inc. a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use anonymised, aggregated data derived from scans to improve the Service, train models, and publish industry research. We will never sell or share your personally identifiable information with third parties without your explicit consent.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or reproduce AI response data from the Service at scale
• Resell or redistribute Rankall.io data or reports without written permission
• Submit false or misleading information about businesses you do not represent
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access another user's account
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Submitting false fix applications degrades the Service for all users and may result in account termination without refund.

Rankall Inc. owns all intellectual property in the Service including software, algorithms, design, fix generation systems, prediction models, and aggregated intelligence. All generated fix content is licensed to you for use in your own business only.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI platforms will recommend your business or that your score will improve. Scan results reflect real AI responses at the time of the scan and may change as AI platforms update their models.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rankall Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
